Thanks to Jeremy, I've been able to transform my body in a way I didn't think I was capable of. It's been over a year working with him with with the online coaching program which has been the absolute best!

"I came to the gym for training after a two-year battle with breast cancer with involved months of chemotherapy, radiation and a series of surgeries. "Overall very good coaching and meal plans. Every adjustment to my meal plan saw positive effects, either in fat loss or muscle definition. Meal plans took into consideration my preferences in food types and gave me various options for when some foods were not available.
