Online coaching
A three month customized plan with weekly updates and weekly weigh ins to either help you lose body fat, get stronger or gain lean muscle mass. You can also pay month to month. I will help you to identify exactly what you fitness goals are, and what you would like to accomplish. From there I will put together a nutrition plan for you along with a workout and cardio plan with weekly updates and you will send progress pics and weight to me every Friday morning. My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design a customized exercise program that fits your needs, wether you choose online coaching, or in person one on one I will guide you through every exercise, every workout. My holistic approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time.
I've gained a lot of hands on knowledge from being a competitive bodybuilder since the age of 16 years old. Ive tried many different methods to gain muscle and lose body fat and over the last 17 years through extensive research I've found the best and most effective foods to eat and the best exercises that will help you reach your goals.
