This customized plan includes weekly updates and weekly weigh-ins with progress pics to either help you lose body fat, get stronger improve sports performance or gain lean muscle mass. I will take time and I will help you to identify exactly what your fitness goals are, and what you would like to accomplish.
From there I will put together a nutrition plan for you to follow and I will teach and show you how to eat the right combinations of protein , carbs and fats to help you see the results you've been looking for.
Your workout and cardio plan will be created based off of what your goals are and we can make adjustments along the way as needed to make sure your body doesn't adapt and hit a plateau.
Weekly progress pics and weigh ins are sent to me every Friday morning for accountability.
