How much cardio is best for FAT LOSS?

So you want to lose some body fat? How much cardio needs to be done to get rid of that stubborn body fat? The best starting point for anyone is going to be three times per week at 20 minutes. You can even start with three times per week for 10 minutes. The most important thing is to just get started!

This is the minimum amount of cardio to start with on any given fitness program. If you want any kind of benefit from a cardio I recommend you start with this and then increase it from there. If you haven't been on a cardio plan, don't start with too much too soon because its only a matter of time before you burn out. Start with this and then increase by a few minutes every 1-2 weeks.

You can work up to 1 hour per day, 6 days per week eventually if you want to reach peak performance and maintain low body fat levels. Be patient, be consistent and be willing to put in hard work and take the necessary steps required to attain the dream body that you want. Every minute of sacrifice and self discipline will be worth it and no one ever regrets it.

If you're eating right and taking in the right amount of calories to put yourself in a caloric deficit, you will lose weight and lose body fat. The cardio is the icing on the cake! When it comes to cardio, the more the better to maximize fat loss. You will also benefit from the cardio by strengthening your heart and cardiovascular system internally not just to look better externally. The bottom line is if you want to lose weight, look good, and feel good you are going to have to put in some work! It's all going to pay off, and you will be living your best life, because your health is your wealth no matter what. If you want to lose fat, cardio is just one of the components that needs to be part of everything you do for yourself. Be patient and take one step at a time. One foot in front of the other and keep your goals in mind and why it is important to you. It wont always be easy, but it will always be worth it !
