A three month customized plan with weekly updates and weekly weigh ins to either help you lose body fat, get stronger or gain lean muscle mass. You can also pay month to month. I will help you to identify exactly what you fitness goals are, and what you would like to accomplish. From there I will put together a nutrition plan for you along with a workout and cardio plan with weekly updates and you will send progress pics and weight to me every Friday morning. What are you waiting for?
